1 head cauliflower 1 bunch broccoli 2 small onions Dressing: 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/3 c. vegetable oil 1/3 c. vinegar Break/cut cauliflower and broccoli into small "flowerets" and cut stalks into small chunks. Slice onions and separate. Cover with dressing mixture and allow to marinate for 4 to 6 hours before serving. Can sprinkle with 2 slices bacon crumbled before serving if desired.
