1 lb. chicken breast fillets
8 onions (spring)
1 stick celery
1/2 large head lettuce
16 calorie dressing or mayonnaise (Catalina is terrific)
Pan-fry fillets in pan with Pam cooking spray, garlic powder, lite
salt and pepper. Cut up chicken and put in a large bowl with cup up
lettuce, celery and onions. Top with dressing.
