3 cans oysters
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. half and half
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 to 4 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. minced onion
Heat a double boiler and add the milk, butter, whipping cream and
half and half. Drain two cans of oysters but the 3rd, do not drain.
Now mix the canned oyster with the first four ingredients. Stir for
one minute. Now add salt, pepper and onions. Cook until oysters are
