2 lb. potatoes
2 onions, chopped
1 c. sweet milk
1 can evaporated milk
dash red pepper
Peel and boil potatoes. Leave water in pot. Add onions and continue
boiling with potatoes. Drain water and mash potatoes and onions to
fine consistency. Add 1 cup sweet milk and one cup evaporated milk.
Blend. Add salt, black pepper and red pepper to taste. Garnish with
cheese or sour cream if desired.
