2 Tbsp. soy sauce 1/4 c. toasted sesame seeds 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour 1/4 tsp. salt 1 pinch black pepper 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves 2 Tbsp. butter Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Put soy sauce in 9 x 13 baking dish. On wax paper, mix together sesame seeds, flour, salt and pepper. Dip the chicken pieces in the soy sauce to coat, then dredge in sesame seed mix. Arrange in baking dish in a single layer and drizzle with butter. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear. Baste with drippings.
