1 (16 oz.) pkg. bow tie pasta 2 green onions, chopped 1/2 c. balsamic vinegar 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil 2 c. chopped fresh tomato 1 (6 oz.) pkg. Feta cheese, crumbled Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minute. Drain and place in ice water until cool. Toss pasta with onion, Feta, balsamic, olive oil and tomato.
