1 lb. hamburger 1/2 tsp. seasoning salt 1 medium onion, chopped 1 box spiral pasta (macaroni) 1 medium jar Prego spaghetti sauce 1 can mild Ro-Tel tomatoes 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese or more to taste 8 oz. sour cream Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown hamburger and onions and drain (add salt during cooking). Cook pasta per instructions on box and drain. Mix remaining ingredients with hamburger and pasta leaving a small amount of Cheddar cheese to sprinkle on top. Place in oven and bake until slightly brown and cheese has melted (20 to 30 minutes).
