3 lb. chicken 4 hard-cooked eggs, sliced 1 small onion, minced 3 Tbsp. lemon juice 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 1 tsp. salt (if desired) 2 or 3 c. plain potato chips, crushed Cook chicken, bone and cut into small pieces. Place chicken in bottom of large, greased casserole dish. (1 1/2 to 2-quart). Put eggs on top of chicken pieces. Mix all eggs. Add crushed potato chips over top. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
