Filling: 5 medium chicken breasts, skinned, boiled and cubed 1 (15 oz.) can black beans, drained 2 tsp. chili powder 1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all together and mix well. Sauce: 2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce 1 clove garlic, fine chopped 1 medium onion, chopped 2 fresh tomatoes, chopped 1 tsp. chili powder 1/2 tsp. salt bunch diced fresh cilantro Saute garlic, onions and tomatoes in oil, add balance of ingredients and simmer on low heat. You will need 10 to 12 large flour burrito shells. Place small amount of sauce in bottom of large baking dish. Roll filling into burrito shells and place in baking dish. Cover with sauce. Put 2 cups sharp grated Cheddar cheese over sauce. Bake 30 minutes.
