3 lb. ground beef 1 egg Velveeta cheese slices soy sauce Mix ground beef and egg. Roll ground beef in even number of balls. Make them as big as you desire. Flatten them out into patties. Take a patty and put a slice of Velveeta cheese on it. Take another patty and place over top and seal edges well. Pat soy sauce all over both side. Cook over grill. They will freeze well. Serve with salad, baked potatoes or corn on the cob. When you cut, the melted cheese will run out. They are delicious!
