2 lb. orange roughy fillets juice of 1 lemon 1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt 1/4 c. low-fat mayonnaise 3 Tbsp. fresh chives, chopped paprika Place fish onto a broiling pan and squeeze lemon over top. Mix yogurt, mayonnaise and chives together in a bowl. Spread evenly over fish and sprinkle with a little paprika. Place in oven approximately 6-inches from top broiler and broil 10 minutes or until fish flakes when tested with a fork.
