1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 c. ketchup
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 can Campbell's tomato soup
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Mix beef, rice, onion, ketchup, salt and pepper. Shape into balls
(10) and arrange in 1-quart casserole. Combine soup, water and
Worcestershire sauce in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and pour over
meatballs. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Baste occasionally.
