1 lb. sausage
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
8 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
1 to 2 c. grated cheese
6 to 8 slices white bread

Fry sausage and crumble. Dice bread into small pieces. Mix all
ingredients (saving a portion of shredded cheese to put on top).
Spray casserole dish or pan generously with Pam. Pour in all
ingredients and top with remaining cheese. Bake in 9 x 13 casserole
dish or coated cake pan at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour.

You can prepare and refrigerate the night before to bake next
