SPICY BARBECUE

large pork roast
1 tsp. oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 c. water
1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
2 Tbsp. ketchup
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
crushed red pepper and Tabasco sauce to taste

Cook pork roast in crock-pot until done. Saute chopped onion in a
large deep saucepan in the oil. Add remaining ingredients and
simmer. Chop pork roast and add to the sauce.
