1 lb. chicken tenderloins
1 small onion, diced
2 c. instant rice
2 c. water
1 bottle (12 oz.) Kikkoman sweet and sour sauce (or dipping sauce)
1 small can peas and carrots (pop top; optional)
1 small can pineapple tidbits (optional)
Cut chicken into chunks. Brown with onion in large skillet until
done. Add rice, water and sauce. Stir until well blended. Add peas
and carrots and pineapple. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and
simmer until rice is done (10 to 15 minutes).
