1/2 c. onion 1/4 c. green pepper 1 Tbsp. oil 2 tsp. chili powder 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 can diced tomatoes 1/2 c. uncooked rice 1 lb. ground beef Saute onion and pepper in oil. Add beef and brown. Drain. Put in casserole dish with remaining ingredients. Mix well. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for one hour. We sprinkle with American cheese or put on tortillas with cheese.
