2 cans tuna (in water)
1 can early peas
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. milk
1 bag plain potato chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Rinse and drain tuna. Drain peas. In a
baking dish, pour soup, tuna and peas in. Pour two cups of milk in
and mix (with spoon). Mix in 2 cups of crushed potato chips. Mix
will be somewhat soupy. Crush 1 to 2 more cups of potato chips and
sprinkle over the top. Bake in the oven until chips are golden brown
and you can see bubbles coming up from the casserole. Best if served
with salad and bread.
