2 c. seasoned croutons 6 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese 6 eggs, beaten 2 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1/8 tsp. onion powder 1/8 tsp. pepper Place croutons in casserole dish. Put cheese over croutons. Mix and add all other ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Substitute Egg Beaters, low-fat cheese and skim milk for a healthier casserole.
