GRANDMAS SWEET POTATO PONE

1 c. sugar
1 c. molasses
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. heavy cream
4 eggs
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. grated, peeled, raw sweet potatoes

Mix all ingredients together, adding potatoes last. Bake in well
greased 9 or 10-inch heavy skillet in preheated oven at 400 degrees for 20
minutes or until brown. When cool, slice. Great as dessert or
vegetable accompaniment.
