1/4 c. butter, melted
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. grated onion
1 Tbsp. salt
Scrub potatoes. Cut into 1/2-inch lengthwise slices (do not peel).
Place in single layer on greased baking sheet. Mix melted butter,
onion, salt and pepper. Spoon over potatoes. Cover with foil. Bake
in a 425 degrees oven for 35 to 40 minutes until potatoes are tender when
pierced with a fork.
