6 large potatoes 1/2 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. chili powder 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 c. Parmesan cheese 1/2 tsp. onion salt 1 stick margarine Wash potatoes; leave skin on; cut into wedges. Put other ingredients in plastic bag. Shake. Add potatoes a few at a time. Shake to coat with the flour mixture. Melt 1 stick margarine in oblong pan. Place potatoes in pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Turn potatoes over; bake 25 minutes longer or until done.
