12 medium potatoes
8 oz. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. butter
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 garlic salt
1/4 c. chives (you can use dried)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook potatoes in water until tender.
Drain and beat in an electric mixer. Add cream cheese, sour cream
(let the sour cream and cream cheese soften). Add salt, pepper,
garlic salt and chives. Beat until light. Pour into a 9 x 12 x
2-inch casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese and dot with butter.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
