3 c. mashed sweet potatoes 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. salt 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 stick margarine Topping: 1/3 c. melted margarine 1 c. brown sugar 1 c. chopped pecans 1/3 c. self-rising flour Mix potatoes and other ingredients together and place in a 9 x 11-inch baking dish. Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle over casserole. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
