3 c. mashed sweet potatoes 3/4 c. sugar 2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt 2 eggs, beaten Topping: 1 c. brown sugar 1 c. pecans 1/4 c. flour 1/2 c. coconut (optional) 1/2 c. margarine, melted Mix first 7 ingredients together and put into baking dish.
