MISSISSIPPI CORN BREAD

1 c. self-rising corn meal
1/2 c. cream style corn
1/4 c. oil
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
2 eggs

Mix all ingredients together until well blended. Put in an 8 x
8-inch pan and bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
