1/4 lb. lightly salted butter 6 oz. milk chocolate chips 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. unbleached flour 1/2 c. chopped walnuts Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 9-inch square baking pan and set aside. Place butter and chocolate chips into a small saucepan and melt on low heat, stirring often. Remove from heat and allow to cool while you beat the eggs, vanilla and sugar in a mixing bowl. Add flour a little at a time, beating as you do. Add chocolate and butter and mix well. Add nuts and mix in. Pour into pan. Bake in middle of oven for 20 minutes. Remove from oven. Allow to cool. Cut into squares.
