Crust: 1/4 c. butter 1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs 1/4 c. sugar Cream Cheese Filling: 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 1/2 c. sugar 4 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla Sour Cream Topping: 2 c. sour cream 2 tsp. vanilla 1/4 c. sugar Butter a 10-inch spring-form cake pan. Make crust by melting butter in a small pot. Add sugar and graham cracker crumbs. Mix well. Press into buttered pan. Press along sides but not all the way up. Chill while you make filling. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix cream cheese with sugar and beat until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Beat in vanilla and pour into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Remove from oven, let sit 15 minutes and reset oven temperature to 450 degrees. Make topping by combining sour cream, vanilla and sugar together in a bowl. Mix well. Spread over cake and bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and cool to room temperature then chill overnight.
