CINNAMON CANDY

1 c. water
3 3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Karo syrup (clear)
1 small bottle cinnamon oil
4 or 5 drops red food coloring

Mix water, sugar and Karo. Wait until it boils, add cinnamon oil and
food coloring. Let cook until it reaches 320 degrees. Pour out on large
cookie sheet lined with foil. Let cool. Break into pieces. If
candy is sticky, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
