3 c. chopped, raw apples (any kind) 1 c. oil 2 c. white sugar 2 eggs 1 c. nuts (any kind) 1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon 2 1/2 c. self-rising flour 8 oz. butterscotch morsels Mix all together.
