FROST ON THE PUMPKIN CAKE

2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 eggs
2 c. plain flour
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. pumpkin

Mix sugar, eggs and oil (mix well). Add flour, soda, cinnamon,
baking powder and salt. Add pumpkin last. Put in two 9-inch cake
pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Let cool, then frost with
icing.

Icing:
1/4 c. butter, melted
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
