1/2 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 tsp. milk
2 to 2 1/2 c. flour (self-rising)
Mix margarine, sugar and vanilla together. Beat egg and add. Stir
until light and fluffy. Add milk and stir. Sift flour into mixture a
little at a time. Let set in refrigerator one hour. Roll out on
floured surface until 1/8-inch thick. Cut out. Butter and sugar
before baking. Bake at 375 degrees for 6 to 8 minutes.
