Glaze while hot (1/2 cup confectioners sugar and juice of 2 lemons) or ice with Butter Frosting. Butter Frosting: 1 lb. sifted confectioners sugar 1 stick soft butter/margarine 1/8 tsp. salt (optional) 1 tsp. vanilla extract 3 to 4 Tbsp. milk coloring (if desired) Cream 1/3 of sugar with butter and salt. Blend in vanilla and 2 tablespoons of milk. Add remaining sugar and milk with coloring (if desired). Blend well.
