20 oz. crushed pineapple
2 c. plain flour
1 c. walnuts (chopped)
2 tsp. soda
2 c. sugar
Mix all ingredients well with a spoon. Pour into a greased and
floured 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes. Pour
icing over hot cake.
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 c. powdered sugar
1 stick margarine, softened
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Mix all ingredients well. Pour over hot cake.
