1 baked 9-inch pie shell
8 oz. cream cheese (may be low or no fat)
2/3 c. peanut butter
1 c. powdered (confectioners) sugar
1/3 c. milk
Into baked pie shell add the following: cream cheese and peanut
butter, creamed together. Add 1 cup powdered sugar and 1/3 cup milk.
Mix well and pour into cooled pie shell. Top with Cool Whip if
desired. Chill at least 30 minutes before serving.
