2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
2 c. mayonnaise
1 medium onion, diced
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
1 1/2 oz. sliced pepperoni
1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
rye crackers, crackers or fresh veggies
In an ungreased shallow baking pan or pie plate, combine the
first 5 ingredients. Top with pepperoni and olives. Bake,
uncovered, at 325 degrees for 25 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with
crackers or veggies. Yield: 36 servings.
