1 large honeydew melon
1 large cantaloupe
1 (3 oz.) very thinly sliced ham or turkey
Cut melon in half and remove seeds. Scallop edge of melon.
Scoop out pulp. Cut turkey and ham into 1-inch wide strips. Wrap
one strip around each melon ball, then fasten with a toothpick.
Serve in the scalloped and scooped out melon. Yields about 60.
