1 1/2 c. biscuit baking mix
1/4 c. sour cream
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, drained and chopped
1 c. (4 oz.) Cheddar cheese, shredded
Mix first 4 ingredients well. Stir in cheese. Cover and
refrigerate up to 4 hours, if desired. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Drop by
rounded teaspoonfuls about 2-inches apart onto greased cookie
sheet. Bake until golden brown, 10 to 12 minutes. Immediately
remove from cookie sheet and serve. Serve with taco sauce or
salsa if desired. Yields approximately 4 dozen.
