1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
3 flour tortillas (10-inches)
1 c. refried beans
1/4 c. cilantro leaves (optional)
Mix cream cheese and garlic powder with electric mixer on
medium speed until well blended.
Spread each tortilla with thin layer of beans. Spread cream
cheese mixture over beans; top with cilantro leaves, if desired.
Roll tortillas up tightly. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Cut into
1/2-inch slices. Serve with salsa. Yields 10 servings.
