1 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. onion, chopped
3 Tbsp. tomato sauce
1 jalapeno pepper, rinsed, seeded and chopped (leave a few seeds
1 clove garlic, minced
stuffed green olives
Combine all ingredients, except olives. Form into golf
ball-sized balls and stuff with an olive. Bake at 425 degrees on a cookie
sheet for 15 minutes. Cover with Santa Fe Fireball sauce. Yields
approximately 50 balls.
