8 oz. peeled, deveined shrimp or 4 oz. crabmeat
1 (12 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
4 oz. plain yogurt or 3 Tbsp. mayo
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
1/3 tsp. horseradish
1 Tbsp. chili sauce (for seafood)
2 to 3 drops Worcestershire sauce
salt to taste
white pepper to taste
In a food processor or blender, chop shrimp fine. Add cream
cheese, yogurt, mayo and lemon juice. Blend thoroughly. Add lemon
pepper, horseradish, chili sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Blend.
Taste and adjust seasoning by adding salt and pepper. Serve
with crackers, water biscuits or bread rounds as a spread.
