5 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 tsp. Port wine or sherry
1/2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 (10 oz.) c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. nuts
In a bowl, combine all ingredients, except nuts. Form into a
ball. Cover and refrigerate. Just before serving, roll in nuts.
Yields 1 (1 pound) ball.
