1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. BBQ sauce
1 egg, beaten
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
2 (10 oz.) tubes refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together 2 eggs, BBQ sauce and
ground beef. Separate biscuits and press them into the bottom and
sides of muffin pans. Spoon beef mixture into each shell. Top
with grated cheese. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Top with sour cream, chopped tomatoes, green onions or chopped
