1 lb. chopped meat, cooked, drained and broken up
3 Tbsp. oil
1 medium onion, chopped
2 (8 oz.) cans or 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce with tomato bits*
1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. chili dog mix or Sloppy Joe mix
1 (16 oz.) can lima beans, drained
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can red kidney beans, drained
1 (16 oz.) can cut green beans, drained
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese, divide

*Note: If you cannot find this use tomato bits with garlic or
your preference. Also add a can of tomato sauce.

Cook meat and drain. Put in crock-pot or casserole. Add onion
and all the rest of the ingredients in order, except 1/2 cup
cheese. Put in casserole (1 1/2-quart) and sprinkle with remaining
cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes or until thoroughly
heated. If using crock-pot cook on low for about 6 hours. Yields

Note: I always make this at home for a Midnight snack on New
Year's Eve.
