1 lb. chopped meat, cooked, drained and broken up 3 Tbsp. oil 1 medium onion, chopped 2 (8 oz.) cans or 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce with tomato bits* 1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. chili dog mix or Sloppy Joe mix 1 (16 oz.) can lima beans, drained 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can red kidney beans, drained 1 (16 oz.) can cut green beans, drained 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese, divide *Note: If you cannot find this use tomato bits with garlic or your preference. Also add a can of tomato sauce. Cook meat and drain. Put in crock-pot or casserole. Add onion and all the rest of the ingredients in order, except 1/2 cup cheese. Put in casserole (1 1/2-quart) and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes or until thoroughly heated. If using crock-pot cook on low for about 6 hours. Yields 8. Note: I always make this at home for a Midnight snack on New Year's Eve.
