APRICOT CHICKEN

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 box fettuccini
1 jar apricot preserves
1 bottle Italian dressing

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Clean chicken and place in roasting
pan. Mix Italian dressing and preserves with a whisk. Pour sauce
over chicken and bake 1 hour to 1 1/4 hours.

In meantime, boil water and cook fettuccine; drain and rinse.
Place cooked fettuccine in a large serving bowl. Arrange chicken
on top and pour sauce over chicken and fettuccini. Yields 4
servings.
