1 envelope garlic mushroom soup
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
2 Tbsp. plain dry bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine soup mix, mayo and cheese. On
baking sheet arrange chicken. Top with soup mixture; sprinkle with
bread crumbs. Bake 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
Note: You may dip the chicken in the soup mix and roll in bread
crumbs, if desired. Yields 4 servings.
