6 skinless chicken breasts hot cooked rice Sauce: 1/3 c. honey 3 Tbsp. water 3 Tbsp. prepared mustard 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted 2 to 3 tsp. Cajun seasoning 2 to 3 tsp. curry powder 1 tsp. lemon juice 1 clove garlic, minced Mix all sauce ingredients together. Arrange chicken in baking dish, pour sauce over and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done. Serve over hot rice. Yields 6 servings.
