1 (12 oz.) pkg. extra broad egg noodles 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans Cheddar cheese, condensed soup 1 1/2 c. skim milk 2 chicken flavor bouillon cubes, crushed, or 2 tsp. chicken bouillon granules 1 medium onion, chopped 3 c. diced cooked chicken breast 1 1/2 c. finely chopped Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheeses 1 1/2 c. sour dough cheese flavored croutons, crushed 3 Tbsp. melted butter Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare noodles as directed on package. In saucepan, combine soup, milk and bouillon. Heat over medium heat until warm. In a large bowl, combine egg noodles, onion, chicken and soup. Stir to combine. Place in 9 x 13 baking dish which has been sprayed lightly. In small bowl, combine croutons with melted butter. Sprinkle cheese over noodle mixture and top with crouton mixture. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until warmed through and golden brown. Yields 8 servings.
