1/2 lb. butter
1 1/2 oz. Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. black pepper
1 lemon, sliced
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground rosemary
2 lb. shrimp
Melt butter. Add all the spices and pour over whole, washed
shrimp in a baking dish. Arrange a sliced lemon on top. Bake at
350 degrees until the shrimp turn pink.
Note: The sauce is great over rice or to soak up with crusty
Also, if you prefer, thread the shrimp on skewers and layer in
baking pan before pouring sauce over. Garnish with the lemon
