1/2 c. onions 1 1/2 lb. crab meat 8 oz. cream cheese 1/2 c. plain yogurt 1/2 c. sour cream 2 eggs dash of hot sauce 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Sauté onions with crab meat. Mix together remaining ingredients. Process all and add onions and crabmeat. Pour filling into crust and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Crust: 3/4 c. pecans 1 c. flour 5 Tbsp. cold butter 3 Tbsp. cold water Mix all together with hands. Not too wet, not too dry. Press into tart pan and bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Sauce: shallots and mushrooms (a few) 1 Tbsp. lemon juice 6 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 Tbsp. hot sauce 3 oz. heavy cream salt and pepper Sauté shallots and mushrooms. Cook and mix well until hot; add jumbo crabmeat. Add 3 tablespoons butter; mix and pour over a slice of the crab meat cheese cake. Add a handful of the spring lettuce mix that comes in a bag.
