1 lb. red snapper steak 1/4 c. oil 2 Tbsp. lemon juice 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/8 tsp. white pepper dash of Tabasco sauce paprika Pat fish dry with paper towels. Cut into serving size pieces. Place in a well-greased hinged wire grill. Combine ingredients for sauce. Baste fish with sauce. Sprinkle paprika on fish. Cook fish about 4-inches from moderately hot charcoal coals or broiler for 8 minutes. Turn and baste with sauce; sprinkle with paprika. Turn; cook 7 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
